Senior IV&V Analyst - The Senior IV&V Analyst conducts comprehensive independent verification and validation (IV&V) assessments of multi-million dollar IT projects, evaluating project risks, flaws in client's current project management, and identifying corrective actions necessary to optimize project performance.  The Senior IV&V Analyst documents and presents findings and recommendations to project, program and executive management.

Technical Writer - The Technical Writer will be responsible for developing and editing standard operating procedures, technical instruction sets and general process documentation. Additionally, the Technical Writer will be required to develop Visio diagrams, knowledge base articles, workflows, and other duties as required. 

Help Desk/Desktop Support –  The Help Desk or Desktop Support Specialist will provide support via the telephone as well as desk-side, depending on the need, and provide a high-level of customer support to ensure each person feels they are getting the attention they need and the IT support to solve their problem.  Tasks will include things such as phone and remote support for incoming tickets, communication with customers to coordinate scheduling of on-site support, documenting problem resolutions, and device configuration for emergency replacements.

Program Manager – The Program Manager performs overall management for Contract support operations.  Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all Contract activities, projects and support activities, including those of subcontractors.  Oversees the development of or develops work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, major milestone calendars and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and making recommendations.  Ideal candidate should be well-grounded in QB principles and practices, and can introduce best practices as required with strong organizational skills, work ethic, and effective supervisory skills.

Project Manager (PMP preferred) – General Project Manager duties include developing, baselining and reporting on team schedules, monitoring and reporting on service level contract agreements and ticket responses.   Prepares scope documents and development estimates, using PMBOK methods and processes.  Manages project team work.  Project Manager candidates require a highly structured individual with strict attention to detail and excellent scheduling and PM skills consistent with PMBOK.  Experience with Agile/Scrum development approaches.  PMP certification desired.

Quality Assurance Manager/Specialist – The Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Specialist determines the resources required for quality control and maintains the agreed-upon level of quality throughout the software life cycle.  Develops software quality assurance plans and establishes and maintains a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.  Participates in formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle to determine quality.  Examines and evaluates the software quality assurance (SQA) process and recommends enhancements and modifications. Develops quality standards, solves application and process related problems by creating detail process and system design specifications and works with other areas across the business units to support a total solution approach.  Communicates business requirements for reports and applications development and collaborates within and across business units and across IT functions.  Resolves problems and improves business units’ technical environments and also provides third-party reviews, ratings and evaluations of vendors and vendor performance.
