Cirdan Group welcomes Tom Feehan as its new Director of Business Development. Tom, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), will oversee sales predominately in the federal market for information technology services, program management, and independent verification and validation.
Tom brings with him 15 years of experience in information technology and technical services along with experience in building small to medium privately-owned firms. In his previous capacity as a Senior Customer Service Manager at a large, national voting systems company, Tom managed delivery of services and ancillary sales. Over six years, Tom brought in product and services revenue exceeding $94 million.
Before his tenure in the voting services industry, Tom owned his own technology services provider company in the emerging Information Technology Services field. His clients included the Pentagon and other military installations, Federal agencies, such as the DOT, FAA, General Services Administration and HUD, and commercial and legal sector clients in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. The company was sold in 2000.
